Cremoso y muy delicioso. Uno de mis platos favoritos peruanos y de Embarcadero 41. Lo que mas me gusta es el despues. En otros restaurantes ponen tanta sal que me siento deshidratada. Este plato es muy rico, lo puedo disfrutar y sentirme bien el resto del dia.

My new favorite place for lunch, Perfect pairing of fresh flavors and textures. I do wish they offered this trio dish as a dinner option. Highly impressed with the service, cleanliness, and fresh quality ingredients. I hope they continue with these high-quality standards in their food and service .
